In recent years, the British development studio Supermassive Games has made a name for itself with gruesome horror shockers such as Until Dawn or the various spin-offs of The Dark Pictures series. In collaboration with publisher 2K Games, the studio has now realized the new horror brand The Quarry<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anyone who has already played one or two horror titles from Supermassive will immediately feel at home in The Quarry. native<\/a> as the developers remain true to their strengths. In practice, this means that the focus is primarily on an exciting story that is told through high-quality cutscenes and can be experienced either alone or together with a friend.<\/p>\n

A detour into the horror genre of the eighties<\/h2>\n

The History<\/a> takes you to a vacation camp where an initially relaxing vacation quickly turns into a merciless fight to the death. In the classic style of the horror slashers of the 1980s, a killer thwarts the idyll and mercilessly hunts down the camp's inhabitants. One of the special features of the story is the fact that the plot of the horror trip<\/a> developed interactively.<\/p>\n

With every decision you make in The Quarry, you can actively influence the further course of the story and therefore the fate of the characters. According to the developers, your decisions will lead to one of more than 180 different endings, some of which are noticeably different from one another.<\/p>\n
