A business simulator in which I can go from nothing to mega-entrepreneur? I'm up for that. Bring it on! The time had come at the beginning of March. Big Ambitions was released and I got straight into it.
I may be nothing, but I have Uncle Fredthat ensures my survival in the Big Apple for the start. Thank you, Uncle Fred. As it is in life, you don't get it for free. He's always asking me to do something. The first few days are still pretty relaxed. I look for a job, go to work, buy groceries and sleep a lot.
Big Ambitions vs. Uncle Fred
After 3 days, Uncle Fred already has higher expectations. So I open my first own store, set it up, stock the shelves and sell. And eat. And sleep. And from the front. Then the shelves are empty. And my fridge too. So I go shopping. Unfortunately, it all takes far too long. I don't have time to wait behind the Cash register to stand. Damn! I have to hire someone. So I race to the recruitment agency. Ui, expensive if you want results the next day. Still, I have to set a day off for the store. Otherwise nothing will get done here. Too bad about the turnover. I could have done with them. Oh dear, Uncle Fred wants something again. I'm hungry and don't have time. Quickly grabbed a snack on the way and raced on. What's that message again? The store needs cleaning. When am I supposed to do that? And didn't I start an article about this new Economic simulator?
My conclusion
Who Economic simulations is exactly right here. Initially rather chilled out, it can quickly get down to business. You can play various Business types open, manage staff, set up stores and apartments, manage logistics and warehousing, etc. You should have the neighborhoods/neighborhoods in mind, as well as the needs of the people who live there. For example, if there are no donuts in Hells Kitchen, but 100 % demand, guess what would be a good idea 😉

After 40 hours of playing, I know which import/export partner I prefer to use for which products, which employees urgently need further training, how I can get my stock levels under control and what I have to do if an employee calls in sick. I have a planwhich businesses should grow and which I can neglect or even give up. I've been to the casino, had a bit of fun and Uncle Fred is just as happy as most of my customers. Now it's time to earn millions. I'm off then 🙂
